Summary of the intervention
The aims of the project consist of the contextual analysis of existing good practices at a European level on the
organizational methods of services for immigrants non-EU citizens to activate an effective intercultural
dialogue with respect to strategies for the social inclusion of immigrants.
The main specific objectives of the project are to carry out benchmarking research on existing good practices
in promoting intercultural dialogue e on the organization of services for immigrants, carrying out informative
seminars and exchange of good practices, identifying a common model of intervention in relation
with the European integration strategy for immigrants.
The planned actions and activities are exchanges of good practices, analysis of the modalities of management
of services in favor of immigrants and implementation of a common model capable of activating social and
cultural integration of immigrants.
The methodology chosen to carry out the actions/activities are diversified with the objectives specific
intervention, with the final recipients and with the intervention to be carried out.
The outputs are reports on good practice, description of the organizational model and how to provide specific
services to immigrants. The results consist in the possibility of being able to implement the services in a
homogeneous way, the impact the transfer of organizational models to services and interculturality is expected
